The gym is recently refurbished and features all the state-of-the-art equipment, and there's a huge variety of group fitness classes – both virtual and instructor-led – that are suited to almost everyone. The six-lane main swimming pool and the learner pool are great for swimmers of all abilities to enjoy, with swimming lessons available for both children and adults. The multi-purpose sports hall can be used for activities including hockey, five-a-side football and basketball, while there's a competition standard squash court for hire, as well as dance studios and spa facilities.
